SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR DEBONING WITH OPEN CUT SYSTEM OF CURED HAMS AND SHOULDERS

The DA 100 semi-automatic machine, with mechanical-pneumatic operation, is designed for open system boning of hams, cured shoulders and similar products. The product is clamped by two plates positioned on the work surface, allowing the operator to work with maximum freedom of movement. Once secured, the product is vertically scored. The movement of the platen – plates system exposes the bone, facilitating its removal.
