SEMI-AUTOMATIC FEMORAL BONE DEBONING MACHINE

The semi-automatic DS 100 machine, with mechanical and pneumatic operation, is designed for femoral bone extraction in cured hams. The product is clamped by two pneumatic arms, which provide the operator with maximum freedom of movement and ergonomically correct posture. The operator makes an incision in the rind and, once the extraction process is complete, can eject the femoral bone using a pneumatic pusher. Once the boning phase is finished, the product can be released effortlessly.
