The SB 150 semi-automatic machine is equipped with electronic control and pneumatic operation, making it ideal for cutting the leg of hams, shoulders, and similar products. The pneumatic clamping system secures the product in a perpendicular position to the work surface, ensuring optimal operator mobility and safety. The operator positions the product according to the desired cut size; once clamped, the machine automatically activates the cutting system while simultaneously allowing for the boning of the knuckle bone.
