SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR CUTTING THE LEG AND DISPOSING THE BONE OF THE HIP OR SCAPULA

The semi-automatic SBP 150 machine, with electronic control and pneumatic operation, is designed for cutting the leg of hams, shoulders and similar products. The product is clamped by a plate perpendicular to the work surface, giving the operator maximum freedom of movement during the operation. The operator positions the product according to the desired cutting size and, thanks to an integrated system and a specific pneumatic gripper, can simultaneously debone the scapula or hip bone.
