AUTOMATIC SKINNING MACHINE FOR THE REMOVAL OF UPPER AND LOWER FAT AND RIND

The SK 400 automatic skinning machine features mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic operation, is designed for the complete or partial removal of fat and rind from both top and bottom of hams, shoulders, speck, and similar products. The SK 400 machine is intended for small and medium-sized processing centers. Products can be placed manually or automatically on the feed belt, especially when integrated with an upstream production line. The skinning process allows for full or partial removal of fat and rind, based on the recipe selected through the operator panel.
